What matters before your appointment
Clear answers help you choose the right package and prepare the vehicle appointment.
Does the seller need to attend the car check?
Not necessarily. Access to the vehicle, required keys and permission for the agreed checks or test drive matter. Buyer and seller may both attend if they wish.
Is there a lift for a mobile car check?
No. On mobile visits we inspect accessible areas with OBD, measuring equipment and tools. Choose the workshop check for the benefit of a lift.
Is a test drive always included?
Only when permitted, practical and acceptable with regard to registration and road safety. Otherwise we document the limitation.
Does a car check find every defect?
No. Hidden, intermittent or non-visible defects may remain without dismantling. The report clearly states the scope and visible limits.
Do I have to pay online?
There is currently no online payment. Before the last booking step you see and expressly confirm the complete order; payment and invoice are then arranged as stated.
How do I receive the result?
Once released, the current report is available through your protected order link. The same link shows the appointment, status and estimated arrival where applicable.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Availability depends on package, capacity, location and existing work. Booking shows the earliest suitable time live without promising a fixed date in advance.
Can I change or cancel an appointment?
Use the protected order link to request a change or cancellation. The confirmation required depends on the time remaining before the appointment.
